The opening of the new Wilbert's Alehouse is just around the corner and we are busy getting everything ready for our grand opening! We are excited to open Brooking's newest upscale dining establishment with a full bar.
Our menu will feature tender hand cut steaks, small plates to share, succulent lamb entrees, and comprehensive beer, wine, and cocktail lists.
